What we do
Forj Solutions is a UK operational consultancy specialising in founder optionality — the structural work that allows a founder-led business to operate, grow, and sustain itself without the founder at the centre. We are not a coaching programme. We are not a big four consultancy. We are operational specialists who get inside the business, diagnose the structural constraints, and build the fix alongside the founder. We offer three services: the Forj Diagnostics, a full 10-area structural review of the business from £3,000; the Interim Ops Manager service, where Forj steps in as the operational layer while permanent structure is built; and the Ops Consulting retainer, which provides ongoing strategic operational support alongside an existing board or ops hire.
