SERVICE 02 — INTERIM OPERATIONS
The layer between you and the day-to-day.
We place an experienced operator inside your business - for founders who don't yet have the role, can't stretch to a full-time senior hire, or need someone in the seat immediately while the permanent structure gets built. It typically lifts forty to sixty percent of the founder's current workload, without taking you away from the work you built the business to do.

The biggest risk after any structural fix is reverting to type. The retainer exists to make sure that doesn't happen. It's ongoing support alongside you, your board or your ops lead - for founders in active implementation after the Diagnostic, or anyone who wants an experienced operational eye keeping the structure sound as the business grows.

Monthly reviews tracking progress against the 90-day plan. Quarterly board facilitation with actions and owners agreed. Strategic oversight - sequencing decisions, spotting constraints early, and making sure old problems don't come back in new clothes.
